Meet Latisha M. Skinner
Latisha M. Skinner is the visionary founder of Etiquette and Protocol for Generational Leaders (EPGLeaders). As a highly respected etiquette and protocol expert, Latisha leads a distinguished coaching and training company dedicated to elevating professional presence and social confidence.
A proud graduate of the American School of Protocol® (a division of Personal Best, Incorporated), Latisha brings nearly a decade of experience working with professionals, children, and teens. She is passionate about helping individuals master social norms, cultural sensitivity, and both traditional and modern etiquette. Her leadership also inspired the creation of EPGLeaders Special Occasion Coordinating Services, offering expert event planning to complement the company’s mission.
Latisha’s journey into the world of etiquette began during her first year of college, when she participated in an etiquette course as a member of the royal court. Combined with the values instilled by her parents, this early experience sparked a lifelong commitment to the power of good manners, dining etiquette, and meaningful connections—skills she credits for her success across industries.
In addition to her entrepreneurial work, Latisha has built a distinguished career in the sciences and technology. With degrees and advanced certifications from esteemed institutions, she has spent nearly two decades contributing to the fields of natural sciences and corporate America. Today, she proudly serves as a Scientist for the State of Mississippi. Her extensive travels have deepened her passion for fine dining, cooking, gardening, sports, and spending quality time with loved ones.
Latisha is also a dedicated philanthropist, actively advocating for communities impacted by food insecurity and environmental health challenges. She serves on several boards promoting women’s advancement, education, and community development. Inspired by her late grandmothers and niece—Lela Mae Brown, Effie Mae Skinner, and Ariana Miyae Farley—Latisha founded The Ae Structure, a charitable organization that hosts The Succulent Brunch, an empowering networking event designed to help women thrive.
