The Experience That Shapes How Leaders Show Up
The Experience That Shapes How Leaders Show Up
Etiquette and Protocol for Generational Leaders is more than a school—it's a movement.
We are a transformational experience and center of excellence where individuals don’t just learn etiquette, they embody leadership, polish, and purpose.
Founded on the principles of grace, intelligence, and intentional leadership, we offer immersive learning experiences in etiquette, protocol, and executive presence for youth, professionals, and emerging leaders. While we offer the structure of an academy, we intentionally go beyond the limits of a traditional institution. This is where refinement meets real life, and where leaders are shaped, not just taught.
More than a school or institute, we are a living classroom where refinement meets relevance. Our programs bridge generational wisdom with modern-day expectations, empowering participants to lead with confidence, communicate with polish, and leave lasting impressions.
From the boardroom to the banquet, our mission is to prepare leaders to move with distinction, speak with clarity, and represent with purpose.
We don’t just teach manners; we cultivate the mindset of excellence.
Our mission is to cultivate confident, poised, and principled leaders across generations by delivering immersive experiences in etiquette, protocol, and executive presence. We are more than an educational space, we are a catalyst for transformation, legacy, and leadership rooted in refinement and purpose.
Our vision is to become the premier global experience for personal excellence, where leaders of all ages and backgrounds refine how they show up in the world, with grace, intelligence, and intentional impact. We envision a world where etiquette is not elitist but empowering.
At EPGLeaders, we specialize in creating customized programs tailored to meet the unique needs of individuals, schools, businesses, and organizations. Latisha M. Skinner is the visionary Founder of Etiquette and Protocol for Generational Leaders (EPGLeaders). As a respected etiquette and protocol expert, Latisha leads a distinguished coaching and training company dedicated to cultivating professional presence, cultural awareness, and social confidence across all generations.
A proud graduate of the American School of Protocol® (a division of Personal Best, Inc.), Latisha brings nearly a decade of experience working with professionals, children, and teens. Her mission is to help individuals master social norms, embrace cultural sensitivity, and navigate both traditional and modern etiquette with poise. Her leadership also led to the launch of EPGLeaders Special Occasion Coordinating Services, offering expert event planning that complements the organization’s mission of excellence and elegance.
Latisha’s journey into the world of etiquette began during her freshman year of college, when she participated in an etiquette course as a member of the royal court. Combined with the foundational values instilled by her parents, that experience sparked a lifelong passion for refinement, dining etiquette, and the power of meaningful connection—skills she credits for her success across multiple industries.
In addition to her entrepreneurial endeavors, Latisha has built an accomplished career spanning science, telecommunications, and technology. With advanced degrees and certifications from esteemed institutions, she has spent nearly two decades working at the intersection of natural sciences and corporate innovation. She currently serves in a scientific capacity within a government agency, where her work supports innovation, regulatory compliance, and public health. Her professional travels have further enriched her love for fine dining, cooking, gardening, sports, and spending quality time with family.
A committed philanthropist, Latisha is a passionate advocate for communities impacted by food insecurity and environmental health challenges. She proudly serves on several boards advancing women’s leadership, education, and community development. Inspired by her late grandmothers and niece—Lela Mae Brown, Effie Mae Skinner, and Ariana Miyae Farley—Latisha founded The Ae Structure, a charitable initiative that hosts The Succulent Brunch: a signature empowerment and networking event designed to help women thrive.
Latisha invites you to connect with EPGLeaders and explore programs tailored to meet your individual, educational, or organizational goals.
Let’s build a legacy of excellence—together.
